Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ContentOS (the "Service"), software to plan, generate and publish marketing content with AI, offered at trycontentos.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and your organization's members.

2. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through Stripe, at the price and currency shown at checkout. They renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling in the billing portal takes effect at the end of the current period. Upgrades are charged right away, pro rata; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Credit packs are one-time purchases. How credits are granted and used is shown in the app. If a plan starts with a trial, it becomes paid when the trial ends unless you cancel before.

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, including the 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code. We may change prices for future periods with prior notice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you provide and of the content generated for you. You let us host, process and display it only to run the Service, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train our own models. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble other content: review it before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for your content and its use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, mislead people, spread hate, harassment, malware or spam, sexualize minors, or attack or overload the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Blogs and custom domains

Posts you publish on a ContentOS blog are public. You must own or control any domain you connect to it.

6. Service changes and termination

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features and these Terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil; consumers may bring claims in the courts of their domicile. Questions: admin@trycontentos.com.
